Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features and technical requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Oversee the integration of automation tools to optimize operational workflows and system efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and adopting next-gen technologies.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong command of modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to future tech stacks.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
