Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven proposals
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year tech horizon studies
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 15+ filings/year)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record delivering tech roadmaps 5+ years ahead
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and metaverse infrastructure
- Certification in sustainable tech (e.g., Green Software Foundation)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations
