Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR, Bio-tech) relevant to the 2026 timeline and integrate them into our long-term product strategy.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to predict technological shifts and provide actionable insights to the executive board.
- Prototype Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) prototypes for next-generation software solutions.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate external tech partners and startups to assess their viability for acquisition or partnership.
- Innovation Labs: Manage the internal Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Executive Reporting: Translate complex technical trends into clear, high-level business reports for C-suite stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current trends in AI, Cloud Computing, and Web3; demonstrated ability to predict future trajectories.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing cross-departmental initiatives.
