Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year forecasting success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
