Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford Innovation Labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Architect sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizon Fellowship program
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies in predictive technology modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management with Fortune 500/Unicorn companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) with peer-reviewed publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive analytics
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF, DARPA, or Horizon Europe
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology credentials
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization for 2024-2026 market windows
