Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core product lines.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
- Investment & Partnerships: Evaluate emerging tech startups and research institutions, establishing strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation.
- Future-Proofing Architecture: Architect scalable systems that are resilient and adaptable to the technological shifts of 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and the public.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all futuristic innovations adhere to evolving data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, R&D, or product management with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration.
