Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive patent development and IP protection for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Present technological forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, biotech integration)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong portfolio of launched products or systems with industry impact
