Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Architect AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems in 2026
- Drive R&D initiatives in bio-integrated computing and neural interfaces
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with government and private sector
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech ethics and deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from prototype to production
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Strong network in DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
