Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and development of technologies targeting 2026 market needs (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Architect scalable solutions integrating IoT, blockchain, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-focused products
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify strategic opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure cross-departmental alignment
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record developing commercialized technologies for future markets
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging fields: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., Stanford d.school, MIT Sloan)
- Demonstrated success securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
