Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Commercialize 3+ prototype technologies through strategic partnerships
- Author white papers on AI ethics and quantum security standards
- Present findings at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in ISO 27001 compliance and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with patent portfolios (20+ granted patents)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., Stanford HAI or MIT CSAIL)
