Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying next-gen tech solutions

- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry pioneers
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing and sustainable AI systems
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or metaverse architecture
- Strong background in securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
