- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Develop ethical guidelines for deploying transformative technologies
- Mentor talent in emerging domains to build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research in future tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
