Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and Web3 infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for next-gen automation and predictive analytics
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into scalable product opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging technologies and future-proof development practices
- Manage R&D budgets for experimental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or blockchain architecture
- Track record of launching innovative products with $5M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future tech domains
- Experience with agile development in experimental environments
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation
