Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-first technology products
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field or business innovation
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
