Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era tech roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum integration, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into scalable commercial applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage R&D budget allocation and vendor partnerships for next-gen technology procurement
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in future-tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon-negative tech
- Track record of launching products with 3+ years market foresight
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Austin, Boston)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
