- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon projects
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies (minimum 3 annual filings)
- Mentor 8-person innovation team through agile methodologies
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Global Tech Summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record scaling startups from MVP to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or related field
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
