Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI) with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and potential disruptors
- Design ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, advanced AI, etc.)
- Strong background in systems architecture and sustainable technology integration
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution or future trends
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and ethics domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
