- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with global tech trends
- Champion agile methodologies across cross-functional teams of engineers and designers
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Successful track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in English with additional language skills highly valued
