- Architect decentralized infrastructure solutions for Web3.0 ecosystems
- Coordinate with quantum hardware partners to optimize algorithm performance
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in emerging tech leadership with proven quantum/AI implementation experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and differential privacy techniques
- Strong background in sustainable computing and green tech initiatives
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
