Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching futuristic products (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in agile methodologies for R&D environments
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and academic circles
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics preferred
