Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in sustainable tech lifecycle management (cradle-to-cradle)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Deep understanding of tech ethics regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
- Fluency in future-tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
