Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the integration of advanced Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Define and enforce technical standards, security protocols, and architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system resilience, observability, and performance at global scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on high-concurrency systems.
- Proven track record leading complex engineering initiatives in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in AI/ML engineering, specifically in LLMs and data pipelines.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
