Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, actionable technical strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security frameworks that anticipate threats 3-5 years into the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model deployment and understanding of blockchain or decentralized technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond current trends and anticipate the technological shifts of 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
