Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents, targeting readiness for 2026.
- Design scalable microservices architecture using modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical requirements into elegant solutions.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and optimization of large-scale machine learning models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture and large-scale system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with blockchain or decentralized systems is a strong plus.
