Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure architectural alignment.
- Optimize system performance, security, and latency in high-volume cloud environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment in a distributed system.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or edge computing is a plus.
