- Assess competitive landscapes to ensure Horizon Dynamics maintains a technological edge leading into 2026.
- Develop technical standards and frameworks that ensure scalability and sustainability for future growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning or Product Management, with a focus on future trends.
- Deep understanding of Emerging Technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, and advanced data analytics.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts up to 2026 and beyond.
- Experience managing budgets over $5M and leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
