Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core product infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making during the design and development phases, minimizing technical debt.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, system architecture, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
