Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the company, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Pilot New Technologies: Spearhead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for emerging tech paradigms, including spatial computing, advanced AI agents, and decentralized systems.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can withstand the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Foster Innovation: Cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the engineering department, mentoring senior architects and engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate future concepts into viable product features.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with emerging technologies and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical strategy (e.g., AI convergence, Web3 integration).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and managing large-scale technical initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
