Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, future-proof technology ecosystems for the 2026 vision.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing, and Edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new and unproven technologies.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering high-impact technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural network architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on long-term outcomes.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field is preferred.
