Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural planning for scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects to validate new technologies and integrate them into our core product lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Talent Acquisition: Mentor senior engineering teams and guide the technical direction of junior architects and developers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership or strategic planning roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI & Machine Learning: Demonstrated experience in integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt architectural blueprints accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
