Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support high-traffic, global operations.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Leadership: spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for disruptive technologies (e.g., advanced NLP, predictive analytics).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy for 3-5 year horizons with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
