Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the core technology stack for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalable AI integration and quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for immediate implementation in our core products.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen microservices architecture, ensuring zero-downtime transitions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence by conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior developers on advanced engineering practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security protocols to protect proprietary data in decentralized environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading technical teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their integration into backend systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability issues in high-traffic environments.
