Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable software systems capable of handling next-generation data loads by 2026.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Define the long-term technical vision and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentorship for junior developers.
- Identify potential risks in tech stacks and propose robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
