Responsibilities
- Architect Future Roadmaps: Design and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically tailored for the year 2026, ensuring long-term scalability and competitive advantage.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously research and assess emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, edge computing, biotech integration) to determine strategic fit for Apex Horizon.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the pilot programs for new technologies, overseeing the transition from proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to align technical strategies with business goals and future market demands.
- Innovation Advocacy: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging teams to think beyond current constraints and embrace futuristic solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks associated with futuristic implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting tech trends and successfully implementing forward-thinking strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, long-term architectural challenges.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or AI Ethics certification are a plus.
