Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready architectures) into existing product lines.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures that can withstand the demands of next-generation data processing and AI workloads.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to global data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying trends early and successfully integrating them into product roadmaps (e.g., Web3, IoT, Edge AI).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
