- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
