Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on long-term scalability and emerging tech adoption.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that prioritize security, performance, and sustainability.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Zero-Trust Security) and evaluate their potential integration into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to translate high-level vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting architecture reviews.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Drive the transition to cloud-native environments and ensure infrastructure-as-code practices are enterprise-grade.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and how to integrate AI into core business logic.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Cloud Professional Architect certification is a plus.
