Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
- Architect scalable, next-generation systems integrating AI, Quantum Computing, and IoT.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their viability for commercial application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Legal) to prototype futuristic solutions.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the organization's long-term growth.
- Present complex architectural visions to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-level system architecture or strategic technology roles.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale technical initiatives.
- Fluency in Python, Rust, or other high-performance languages.
