Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Define and implement the long-term technical roadmap for our core platforms, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that can handle high-traffic loads and integrate seamlessly with emerging technologies.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to evaluate and integrate new technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
