Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems using Rust and Go.
- Oversee the deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on latency and inference optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering specifications.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading complex system architecture projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed databases and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps and model serving frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
