Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and future-thinking.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or strategic planning roles.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term strategic projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market and technological shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
