Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify opportunities for innovation and disruption.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to integrate future tech solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Establish architectural standards and frameworks that ensure scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Evaluate and partner with technology vendors and startups to secure cutting-edge solutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic planning initiatives for a 3-5 year horizon.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, Cloud Computing, and Next-Gen Web Technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and market demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
