Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) to determine their potential integration into our ecosystem.
- Define technical standards and best practices for future-proof software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, engineering, and designâto translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.

Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or working in R&D environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about long-term technical trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
