- Oversee the evaluation and pilot programs for bleeding-edge hardware and software technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate scientific breakthroughs into production-ready solutions.
- Define technical standards and best practices for next-gen development workflows and safety protocols.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on long-term system scalability and resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI and high-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI 2.0 architectures and Large Language Model (LLM) integration patterns.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or blockchain scalability is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations and technical pivots.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for backend systems and high-performance computing.
- Ability to forecast technology shifts and align business goals with technical feasibility.
