Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate the long-term technical strategy, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and quantum-ready architectures.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex, distributed systems ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and select emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in AI/ML architectures and their integration into traditional software stacks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and reliability challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
