Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architecture of our core technology stack, anticipating future trends in AI, IoT, and decentralized systems.
- System Design & Scalability: Design high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex computational loads.
- AI Integration: Architect frameworks that seamlessly integrate Generative AI models into our enterprise products, ensuring efficiency and ethical usage.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical architecture with business goals.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Lead and execute technical PoCs for emerging technologies to validate their feasibility before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and AI-driven automation tools.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces or Edge Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
