Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Horizon 2026, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 market cycle.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using next-gen AI and machine learning frameworks.
- Lead research and development initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI-driven system design.
- Experience with high-availability distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
