Responsibilities
- Define and lead the execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge infrastructure.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and complex algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Engineering) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools and frameworks, ensuring our tech stack remains future-proof.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability in our development lifecycle.
- Drive innovation through patent filing and internal research initiatives focused on long-term growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography.
- Proven track record of managing technical roadmaps and leading large-scale engineering projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
