In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable systems, evaluating emerging tech stacks, and guiding our engineering teams toward a sustainable, high-performance future.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for our 2026 product lines.
- Lead the integration of next-gen AI and sustainable computing solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies to inform long-term strategy.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Proven experience in AI/ML integration and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and their business applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex digital transformations.
