Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures that meet the rigorous demands of the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects focused on integrating cutting-edge technologies into our core product ecosystem.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or deep interest in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
